Clover Ergonomic Crochet Hook Set

Clover Armour Ergonomic Crochet Hook Set

This set of Amour Crochet Hooks contains ten different sizes and colors.

Size B – 2.25mm, C – 2.75mm, D – 3.25mm, E – 3.50mm, F – 3.75mm, G – 4.00mm, 7 – 4.50mm, H – 5.00mm, I – 5.50mm, and J – 6.00mm.

The hook shape is tapered. Sizing is color-coded and marked on the handle.

The 3D design ensures a comfortable, non-slip grip. The front of the handle has a flat section for your thumb. At the back, it has a flared section for your fingers.

Suppose you have arthritis, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, stress injuries or cramping. In that case, you’ll notice a significant difference in comfort with these hooks when crocheting.

Pros

  • Easy to pull the yarn through the stitches.
  • You can crochet faster and more efficiently
  • Stitches don’t slip off the hook, making it easy to pick up stitches and pull the yarn through the stitches.
  • The entire grip is made of nonslip material to serve many different crocheting styles.
  • It has a comfortable and soft touch.
  • Fun colors
  • Suitable for both pencil grip and knife hold crocheters
  • Excellent customer ratings
  • Suits beginners to advance crochet skill level

Amour Crochet Hooks Larger Size Set

Clove Amour Crochet Hooks Larger Size Set

This Clover Amour set includes larger crochet hooks for working with thicker yarns: K (6mm), 7mm, L (8mm), M/N (9mm), & N/P (10mm).

The hook shaft is made from sturdy plastic. This keeps the hook lightweight.

If you prefer aluminum, you may have your doubts about crocheting with a plastic hook. The hook shafts don’t feel like cheap breakable plastic, the smoothness is fantastic, and there aren’t areas where your yarn snags.

There’s no squeaky noise when hooking, which is quite common with other plastic hooks. The elastomer handles have a slightly less grippy feel and are softer.

The hook shaft length increases with the size of the hook.

Pros

  • These larger sized hooks are the perfect tools for working with thick yarns
  • Yarn glides effortlessly
  • Lightweight
  • The hook has a tapered head
  • Less fatigue after crocheting for a long time
  • Made in Japan

Cons

  • The handle may get grubby, but easily removed with warm soapy water and a cloth.
